Magnetic Stones Game
Take turns placing magnetic stones in the circle, and try not to let them stick.
My take
I’m obsessed with this game! The rules are so simple that the whole family can enjoy it. I brought it out during Sukkot, and kids and adults had a great time for several hours.
The magnets are so satisfying that the winner’s prize is cleaning up, and everyone fights over that part because it’s so fun. It’s the game I’ll be gifting to a few families this Chanukah.
How to play
Everyone gets the same number of magnets and takes turns placing them in the circle. If your magnet sticks to another magnet, you take them back. The first person to run out of magnets wins!
We also play an elimination version: you’re out once your magnet sticks to another magnet, and the last player standing wins.
A safety note
These are small, strong magnets, so please use caution around small children. A swallowed stone can be unsafe, so keep this one away from kids who still put things in their mouths.
